- Call Information: call logs (time, duration, caller/callee numbers) and, where enabled, call recordings upon your instruction and with applicable consent.
- Usage & Analytics: service usage events, performance metrics, and aggregated insights we generate for you.
- Technical Data: IP address, device/browser type, and basic diagnostic logs for reliability and security.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide the Services (manage conversations, place/receive calls on your behalf, fulfill requests).
- To generate daily insights and analytics that help you monitor performance and responsiveness.
- To improve reliability, quality, and security of our systems.

- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms, including abuse and fraud prevention.
